I am an experienced Logistics Specialist with a background in import/export operations, inventory management, and international shipping through air freight and sea freight.

My experience includes:

-Handling import and export documentation and shipment coordination
-Monitoring inventory and warehouse supplies using Google Sheets
-Gathering leads and supplier/3PL contacts using HubSpot
-Managing emails and monitoring incoming and ongoing shipments through Google Workspace
-Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with suppliers and 3PL partners using -Google Calendar

I also have experience in customer service and technical support, where I handled customer concerns regarding purchased products and provided basic troubleshooting for Kindle devices under the Amazon account.
