I've been working as a technical support specialist for an accounting softwares for more than 4 years now.
Also, I was a technical support for computers (hardware/software).
I am very knowledgeable in computers and internet.
I can do hardware and software troubleshooting.
I'm developing my own website for sharing the knowledge that I gained from being a support specialist in Quickbooks.
And the website that I'm still developing is www.my-quickbooks-expert.com.
I'm using Dreamweaver to create my website.
I can understand some programming codes because I was able to do projects developed in Microsoft Visual Basic.
Though, right now, I'm more exposed to supporting customers with their technical problems on their computers and softwares.
I have an experience in CSV files where it can be used to do CSV Import for other softwares.
Same thing with IIF file for Quickbooks.
In MS Office, I'm familiar with MS Word, MS Excel where you can do pivot and graphs.
Also very knowledgeable in Excel formulas.
I have worked with MS Access, and Publisher.
I'm very interested to learn more when it comes to computers.
It could be software or hardware and I'm not limiting myself to the things that I know.
I want to learn more and would like to share the knowledge that I will learn.
I would like to be a contributor to the success of any business that uses the technology.
