My most recent job is as a clinical/clerical coordinator in a Home Health Agency in Florida. I request progress notes and gather medical records as per request of the insurance, doctor's office, and/or any other institution. I also do chart reviews and QA of all nurses/occupational therapy/physical therapy notes.
I also attended a 3-month (300 hours) training in Live Medical Scribing, Insurance Verification, Phone Reception, and Administrative Assistant. I was trained to be an Overall Medical Administrative Assistant.
I worked as an Independent Contractor in an Appraisal Firm based in Illinois for over 3 years. Part of this job is to provide data entry using Total Alamode. I was also assigned to do research on property listings. I also worked in another
Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and was trained to transcribe voice messages, endorsements, and campaigns. Then again, I applied as CSR (Customer Service Representative), still a non-voice account, offering insurance to disabled individuals by calling them through their mobile/landline phones using automated buttons.
I also worked as a Sales Representative/Territory Sales Manager promoting medicines/drugs to healthcare professionals in different departments. Part of my task as well is to do product research, product inventory and marketing.
UNILAB also gave me an opportunity to be a Health Clinician for their special program where I give out samples of drugs/medications as a promotion.
