Previously worked to 2 MSP companies where I worked as an HelpDesk Technician and Level 2 IT Support, I setup and managed Virtual Servers (WindowsUpgrade to see actual infoServers), VPN Tunnels, Synology NAS local and Remote Backup jobs,  Monitor and response to OTRS-Trouble Ticketing Service, facilitate client Domain-Transfer. Provide immediate support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and customers.
