Prior to working from home I worked as an Senior
administrative assistant , executive secretary includes administrative duties
creating drafts for email, writing minutes of the meeting and proofreading and
editing important documents where I am the head of the external
communication.  Managing incoming and
outgoing calls and meetings.  I worked
also in Concentrix as a customer representative for about a months I've been assist customers in resolving issues
related to products, services, billing, or accounts. And more over I have been
a documentations clerk where I input data in the system utilizing excel , check
payment and processing fees and handle sensitive and confidential document with
care while performing administrative duties managing emails.
I'm familiar
with google workspace, Microsoft office, open phone, calendar management task,
trello management and various administrative task.

I am passionate about helping businesses and individuals streamline their
operations and achieve their goals through efficient administrative support. As
a virtual assistant, I thrive on staying organized, managing multiple tasks,
and finding creative solutions to improve productivity. I love the challenge of
working in diverse environments, adapting to different needs, and being a
reliable resource that my clients can depend on. Over the past years I hone my
abilities and skills to oversee day to day activities handle incoming phone
calls and emails, analyze problems and findings solutions and communicate
information effectively.
