Profile Description

Team Leader for Dell
? Manage a team not more than 20 agents.
? Basic client reporting.
? Manage to meet volume and all Service Level Agreement metrics given by the client.
? Ensures to hit all client metrics from ramp to full time production.
Tech Coach
? Mentors & trains consultants in providing assistance to members, especially with regard to AOL features & services.
? Imparts new technologies, techniques, & tools to consultants.
? Orients the consultants with the strategy & commitment to member services.
? Monitors work progress through live sessions, transaction duration, idle time, lost time & assure that production & customer satisfaction goals are exceeded.
? Evaluates mail production, performance and behavior of consultants as against AOL standards, & provides constructive feedback for improvement and development.
? Prepares development action plans and other strategies to improve Consultants performance.
? Provides a stable, harmonious & harassment free working environment to consultants, as well as with co-employees.
? Records consultants’ attendance for timekeeping & payroll purposes.
QA Member
? Responsible for evaluation and monitoring queue interactions.
? Responsible for the generation of Quality feedback for Coaches.
? Responsible for the identification of improvement areas and be able to make recommendations to improve QA processes.
? Responsible for submitting requirements in a timely manner.
? Handles calibration sessions with coaches to maintain consistency.
? Handles sessions/e-mail to stay up-to-date with issues and maintain expertise on the assigned queue.
