? Manage a team not more than 20 agents.

? Evaluates mail production, performance and behavior of consultants as against AOL standards, & provides constructive feedback for improvement and development.
? Prepares development action plans and other strategies to improve Consultants performance.
? Provides a stable, harmonious & harassment free working environment to consultants, as well as with co-employees.
? Records consultants’ attendance for timekeeping & payroll purposes.
QA Member
? Responsible for evaluation and monitoring queue interactions.
? Responsible for the generation of Quality feedback for Coaches.
? Responsible for the identification of improvement areas and be able to make recommendations to improve QA processes.
? Responsible for submitting requirements in a timely manner.
? Handles calibration sessions with coaches to maintain consistency.
? Handles sessions/e-mail to stay up-to-date with issues and maintain expertise on the assigned queue.
