Profile Description
• Collections Management: Ensures daily accounts receivable billing and collection of claims.
Ensures prompt payment from health plans by handling overdue accounts and collaborating with
them to address outstanding invoices.
• Dispute Resolution: Work with health plans to address billing issues or discrepancies that are
causing payment delays. Conducts weekly follow-ups and updates of claims.
• Payment Tracking and Reconciliation: Record and track all collections and health plans
interactions in the company’s financial system. Reconcile customer accounts by identifying
discrepancies in payments, credits, or billing records. Ensure that payment schedules are updated
and reflect accurate balances.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and provide regular reports on collections status, overdue
accounts, and accounts receivable performance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Knowledgeable about bookkeeping.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Diligent and committed to quality work
• Knowledgeable of Google Apps, Microsoft Office products, and virtual assistant software.
• Familiar with processing many types of data, including data entry.
• Capable to oversee many projects at once.
• Proficient in monitoring and verifying information while effectively managing time and resources.
• Capable to do in-depth research by comparing multiple websites.
• Capable of creating plans and strategies.
