Profile Description

I am a fresh BS Information Technology graduate from Central Mindanao University with real, hands-on experience in IT support, process automation, web development, and network infrastructure.

During my 486-hour OJT at AIYU Builders & Enterprises, I served as the company's primary IT contact — independently resolving hardware, software, and network issues across 20+ workstations and 3 branch offices, with no dedicated IT supervisor on-site. Beyond reactive support, I identified workflow problems and built solutions: a Python automation script that replaced the manual download and sorting of daily attendance photos from 67 employees, and a biometric data compiler that streamlined HR processing. Both tools are still actively used by the company.

I also designed and built a Laravel-based internal operations workspace with role-based access control, document approvals, project tracking, shared file storage, and tea ---------- ssaging — completed, QA-tested, and formally proposed to management as a live systems improvement.

My technical foundation covers Laravel (PHP), Python/Flask, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, MySQL, network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and CCTV installation. I am detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
