I have a solid background in Real Estate, Property Management, and Sales. I have used tools such as Appfolio, Buildium, Podio, Mailchimp, mobomix, 3dmail, DocuSign, Zendesk, Asana, and salesforce.

My experience in Property Management includes leasing out properties, vendor, tenant, and owner coordination, collections as well as dealing with contractors, I also have experience with handling work orders and SOP Upgrade to see actual info the field of Real Estate, I have various experiences with cold calling, Transactions, coordination, Acquisitions, Renovation/Rehab, and Investor and Customer Communications. The tools that we mainly used are Calltols, Propstream, Smrtphone, Dialpad, Slack, WhatsApp,Emails, Gmail,Skype, Aircall, G-Suite, Mojo, BatchLeads, BatchDialer, Angilist, Thumbtack and lot more to mention.

I am also very equipped with handling a team as I have a supervisory background.
