Profile Description

I am currently working as a Workforce specialist in a BPO company under a global operations support center where we deal with real-time staffing analysis as per need of the client.
We also deal with Operational contact in order to meet with requirements.
I was also a customer service representative prior to entering as a Specialist in another department within the same company after nine months.
Other background of work experiences are accounting clerks administering the accounts of a lending company; student assistant who helps in the tasks for the department during my college years in congruence to complying with the scholarship requirement.
