I have been working as a supervisor for a year now but before that, I was an IP Relay operator for 5 years. As an IP Relay operator, we were trained to type what people are saying verbatim. This requires excellent listening skills as well as typing skills.
After being an IP Relay operator for 5 years, I worked as a supervisor at a call center company, providing email, voice, and chat customer support. I am well trained but is still willing to learn.
