Experienced Admin Assistant, HR, and Training Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. 

Skilled in Administrative Task and Customer Service. What I do is email and calendar management (Google and Outlook), website content update (Wordpress and Opencart), order processing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts (Xero). I also do social media posting, email marketing (Mailchimp), and graphic design (Canva and Photoshop). I also have knowledge in using CRM tools like Salesforce, Teamwork, Slack, and Trello.

I can also fully converse in English both written and verbal with C2 (Advanced/Mastery) English proficiency
