I was able to solidify my skills mostly in real estate and home improvement campaigns. I now consider myself as a Virtual Wizard with a proven track record in terms of converting and motivating sellers and buyers, convincing them to sign a contract with our realtors, negotiate with them and by providing comparative market analysis/proper valuation. I also became very familiar with the process of prequalifying leads using the 4 pillars method and was able to acquire some knowledge of Transaction Coordinating Tasks and some real estate Acquisition Processes. I am still in a continuous learning phase in this career path.
