Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for 8 years. My attention to detail is excellent, and I am incredibly organized, focused and ---------- addition, I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing me to ensure that quality assurance follows with excellent customer service. I also have the passion working with people. I have a strong track record of excellence in my quality and overall performance. I was a Top Agent for Quarter 1 in the year 2021 and Escalations Agent on Quarter 3 and still continue to perform beyond expected. Past supervisors have complimented me on my overall performance and quality oversight skills. I've worked as Se. Quality Evaluator where in, I participate and facilitate in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Quality Leadership staff, Operations, Program Management and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practices. I also monitor, evaluate and / or audits a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods including chat and email. Part of the task is to Analyze and Report results of evaluations to appropriate Business stakeholders.
