Report Performance-Related Concerns to Pod Leaders. -Flag urgent matters to pod leaders that will impact performance (errors, attendance, etc.) Pod’s Subject Matter Expert. -Offer guidance and support to data specialists in their respective pods. Process Improvement. -Actively participate in discussions to improve existing QA processes. -Propose suggestions or modifications to enhance the effectiveness of quality assessments, attendance tracking, or DS output monitoring. Communication. -Help the Pod Leader communicate updates and announcements to the pod. Maintaining quality standards -Ensuring the company's quality assurance standards are met and refined. -Responsible for reviewing other freelancers completed work to review for accuracy and adherence to our policies and standards for transcription.
