I'm Lhyka, an Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience supporting founders and operations teams across fast-moving businesses. My job is simple: make sure the things that need to happen, happen on time, correctly, and without you having to follow up.


WHAT I ACTUALLY DO

I've managed executive calendars and inboxes, built SOPs from scratch, coordinated teams and vendors, tracked projects end-to-end, handled client communication, and kept operations running consistently in environments where things move fast and details matter. I don't just complete tasks. I look ahead, catch what's falling through, and bring structure to whatever I'm handed.


A FEW THINGS THAT SET ME APART
At my first EA role, I walked into a situation where my employer's entire task list was overdue and client emails were piling up. I didn't wait to be told what to do. I sorted everything, took on what I could, delegated the rest, and followed up daily until we caught up completely. That's just how I work.


I'm also someone who pushes back when something isn't working. At a previous operations role, I identified a broken process that was causing repeated failures, made the case for fixing it, and built an SOP that solved the problem permanently. I don't just execute, I think.
