Most home service companies I work with already have a website and a Google Business Profile. The problem isn't effort. Nothing is built to capture the people searching for their service, in their area, right now, and almost nothing is set up for how customers now search through AI tools.
That's the gap I close.

That means full Google Business Profile optimization and management, 5 to 8 priority service-area pages built to rank and convert, and AI search visibility work (schema, entities, and answer-formatted content) so you show up when people ask tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers for a local provider.
Best fit: roofing and home service contractors, and multi-location service businesses that want a long-term retainer partner. Also, marketing managers who need a specialist to own local SEO execution.
Not a fit: quick-ranking requests, backlink-only tasks, or low-budget experimental projects. I do work that compounds, which takes a few months to pay off.
