Technical Skills: Proficiency in Editing Software: -Advanced knowledge of tools like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve. -Familiarity with additional software for special effects and color correction -Log profile familiarity like HLG, SLOG3, & DLOG -Ability to handle video compression and export settings for various platforms and purposes. -Multicam -Rotoscope Color Correction and Grading: -Skill in color correction to fix issues and enhance visual appeal. -Ability to apply creative color grading to set the tone or mood of the video. Audio Editing and Mixing: -Proficiency in synchronizing audio with video. -Experience with audio editing tools to clean up audio tracks and balance sound levels. Visual Effects (VFX): -Ability to create and integrate basic motion graphics and animations. -Understanding of keyframing and animation principles. -Basic knowledge of visual effects for integrating elements like green screens Creative and Artistic Skills: -Storytelling: Ability to craft a compelling narrative through editing. -Understanding of pacing, structure, and rhythm to enhance the story. Attention to Detail: -Keen eye for detail to ensure continuity, consistency, and high-quality output. Creativity: -Innovative approach to problem-solving and visual presentation. -Ability to suggest creative ideas and solutions for improving video content. Organizational and Workflow Skills: Project Management: -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Familiarity with project management tools or practices such as Slack, notion and etc., File Organization: -Skill in organizing media files and managing assets efficiently. -With own Google Drive Storage Collaboration: -Experience working with other video editor, videographers and creative directors -able to accept and implement feedback constructively. Adaptability and Learning: - Staying Updated, keeping up with industry trends, software updates, and new techniques. -Willingness to learn new tools or methods as the industry evolves. Problem-Solving: As IT I have also the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
