My mission is to lead my clients to reach their desired long-term goals and enable clients’ productivity by freeing up time from repetitive admin tasks. Experience: 
I'm currently part of a real estate team in Calgary, Alberta as a Transaction Coordinator since January 2023. My responsibilities are:
- Assist real estate agents with paperwork like drafting buyer or seller agreement, purchase contract, amendment, and addendum
- Review all documents and confirm if each has the proper signatures and dates
- CRM Management (Follow-Up Boss)
- Booking of vendors (photographers, measurements, order For Sale/Sold sign, staging.)
- Enter listing in MLS system
- Ask feedback from showing agents and inform my agent on valuable feedback
- Coordinate home inspection, walkthrough, etc.
- Calendar management - scheduling appointments and contract key dates
- Send survey invitation or request testimonials from clients
- Filing and organizing in Dropbox
