Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

I'm a licensed Civil Engineer, I worked as Office Engineer, and I am currently working as Quantity Surveyor. Costing and Estimating have always been part of my scope of works.

I worked as a Office Engineer/Quantity Surveyor wherein I manage all the documents and administrative tasks alone. I handled various tasks such as preparation of weekly reports and progress billings, cost estimates, variation orders, procurement, etc. I also took other department’s tasks such as searching for suppliers, preparation of canvassing sheet and purchase orders, handling of payroll documents, supervision of workers on site, and inspection of site condition prior to concrete pouring.

We quantify the Ortigas North and South Stations of the first subway project here in the Philippines using Planswift. I also utilized Planswift in quantifying the architectural works of an 18-storey building in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila Philippines. I also used Planswift in quantifying materials to be used in the 4-storey building project with lower ground floor and 2 basement in Quezon City, Philippines.

I don't have a professional experience yet on this field but I've been managing my own social media accounts and I believe that with the technology today, every is just one click away and learning what needs to be learned on this specific skills won't be hard.
