Profile Description

I am a Human Resource Professional with experience in full spectrum of HR and has strong background in recruitment and administration. I have a strong experience in filling up positions encompassing the following specializations: HR, Engineering and Logistics, Sales, Marketing, IT and IT Sales.
My experience in recruitment started during my employment with a multinational Singaporean IT Consultancy Company. I did recruitment for their internal and outsourcing requirements, most of which is specializing in IT. Filled up positions were at 50+ requirements during my year and a half stay with them, and levels were from staff to Management positions - IT and non-IT related.
Going back to the Philippines, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant with one of the country's leading recruitment firms. Headhunting and hard-core sourcing is needed since positions or requirements are from managerial to executive level positions. I was handling Engineering and Logistics specialization then but was also given requirements in different specialization -- IT, Finance, Operations and Sales.
Given my background in recruitment with a recruitment firm, I have strong client relationship management skills. I work well with my candidates and clients. Targets are given, as well as Service Level Agreements, which honed my skills in sales and business development as well.
