i have been with retail work since 2004 with a department store here in Cagayan de Oro City as a department head for Furnitures and Houseware department where i was able to enhanced my skills on handling employees, merchandising, business ideas, good customer service. I also worked as an HR Officer where i was able to enhanced my skills in recruitment and training. I had also been in sales as area supervisor in grocery chains for certain clients. lastly, im currently employed at Robinsons as store supervisor for a Hardware retail store. i've been working here for two years and have mastered merchandising skills and ideas as well as my interpersonal relationships with customers.
