I am a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience managing government infrastructure projects from bid preparation to site completion. Most recently, I served as Project Manager and Authorized Managing Officer at Pagadian Aggregates and Marketing, a construction company specializing in government-funded projects.
My core expertise includes preparing complete bidding documents in compliance with RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act), coordinating with PhilGEPS, managing contracts, supervising on-site construction activities, and ensuring DOLE occupational safety standards are met on all project sites. I am also a certified Safety and Health Officer.
Beyond construction management, I have a solid background in customer service and technical support from my years with Synnex-Concentrix and Stream Global Services, where I handled North American clients and led a team as Technical Lead. This gives me strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with people at all levels.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology and have passed the Civil Service Sub-Professional Examination.
