Hi! I'm Gladys, an Influencer Marketing professional with nearly four years of experience supporting global beauty campaigns through creator outreach, influencer relationship management, campaign coordination, and product gifting.

I enjoy building genuine relationships with content creators and making sure campaigns run smoothly behind the scenes. Throughout my career, I've managed high-volume influencer outreach, coordinated product gifting and provided timely support to influencers to create a positive partnership experience.

In 2025, I executed 9,764 influencer reach outs and coordinated 1,360 product send outs with $1.2M Earned Media Value (EMV). From January to May 2026, I supported campaigns that generated nearly $870K in Earned Media Value (EMV) while completing more than 4,000 creator reach outs and 630 product send outs.

Before transitioning into influencer marketing, I worked as an Executive Assistant in a remote environment where I managed inventory tracking, order processing, logistics coordination, customer service, and day-to-day operational support. Earlier in my career, I also gained experience in executive support and banking, which strengthened my attention to detail, organization, customer service, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
