I've been a project manager/project coordinator for more than a year now. Not only that, but I have experience being an automation specialist and bringing solutions and automations to life whether it be for CRMs, lead-generating funnels, or business systems. I love coming up with different strategies for optimization and documenting SOPs for said optimized systems. I've also been a client-success manager who have developed successful and stable relationships with clients.
I am willing to be trained and grow even more with the skillset I have and the subset of skills I can possibly gain from being in this role.I previously had a dual role - Project Coordinator and Implementation Specialist. That means I coordinate and assign projects all the while I also do the implementation and troubleshooting of said projects and tickets. I have built funnels, campaigns for said funnels, support for the campaigns and events and improving our client's business systems.
