I have been working for almost five (5) years already in a Call Center environment. I started as a Technical support representative for six (6) months and worked as a Customer Service representative for another six (6) months. I got promoted as a Supervisor in a Telecommunications account and is currently on my three and a half years on the said position. I am well trained with MS Word, Excel and Power Point. I have undergone a lot of Supervisory and managerial trainings as well. I have good communication and interpersonal skills. I am self-oriented, very flexible and can work independently or as a part of a team. I want a job where I can share my skills and help your company grow.
