I gained invaluable skills that have prepared me well for the Virtual Assistant roleI earned my Spanish degree from Hola Amigos for three months and I self-study until now to improve my skills – I watch Spanish movies, listen to music, and use Spanish applications.As a Spanish Bilingual, I was responsible for Inbound calls, follow-up calls, emails, appointment setting, and other clerical work. My main task was to assist my client with all his business needs. Since he already retired, I am looking for an opportunity to use my skills again. This role equipped me with the adaptability required to seamlessly switch between different tasks and communication modes, a crucial skill for any Virtual Assistant.My customer service experiences ensure that I can address client inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
