I'm Julie. I am an experienced Admin Support and Accounts Payable professional with a strong background in invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and general administrative support. I have worked in fast-paced accounting environments where accuracy, organization, and meeting deadlines are essential in handling high-volume transactions.

In my current role as an Accounts Payable Associate, I process and verify invoices, match them with supporting documents, manage supplier accounts, and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. I also use SAP S/4HANA to support financial processing and reporting, along with tools like Microsoft Excel for data organization and tracking.

I hold certifications in Xero and QuickBooks Online and am currently transitioning into bookkeeping. While I am still building hands-on bookkeeping experience, I am actively learning how to record financial transactions, manage accounts, and support basic financial reporting tasks.
