I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines, the premiere state university in the country. During my studies I have maintained a good scholastic status and have been exposed to field research. As part of our course requirements in Econ 171 (Economics of Agriculture) and Econ 176 (Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products) I was a student researcher for Study Titles: Cost and Return Analysis of Swine Raising and Marketing of Fishery Products in Iloilo Fishing Port respectively. My duties were conducting personal interviews on farmers, brokers, wholesalers and retailers; solving for total cost, total revenue, profit, marketing cost and margin; and data analysis and interpretations. I was also a researcher for the Project Title: Water Demand and Consumption, and Willingness to Pay to Conserve Tigum-Aganan Watershed for Sustainable Water Supply: A Household Survey in Iloilo City Proper. My duties included conducting personal interviews, data encoding and interpretations, documentations, and application of regression analysis.
After I graduated from college, I came across with the call center business which is growing big the country.
I
have been working in a call center as a customer service and technical support representative for 3 years. I was a customer service representative for sprint- nextel and motorola, and a tech support for dell and at&t internet. Currently for I am an Assistant Team Lead for comcast cable activation.
I always believe that responsibilities assigned to me are to be taken as a challenge to further enhance my capabilities and growth as a mature individual.
