I've worked with three bpo companies before, the last one I did pretty much of hardselling. I can work with minimal supervision and I easily learn. I also have the ability to act on my own and make sound decisions when the situation calls for it. I want to work in a long term basis where I can utilize my potentials to the fullest for the good of the business.
