Hi! I'm Carmelle "Kara" Naranjo, 26 years old from the Philippines.

I am a licensed Professional Technology Teacher, Magna Cum Laude graduate, and Virtual Assistant with experience in executive assistance, administrative support, social media management, digital marketing, and creative design.

Since starting my VA career in 2023, I've had the opportunity to work with two US-based companies.

My first role was as a General Virtual Assistant for an entertainment company in Hawaii, where I handled everything from calendar and email management to event planning, meeting coordination, payroll, dashboard creation, and preparing training and promotional materials. It taught me how to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

I then transitioned into an Account Associate and Social Media Manager role for a company based in Los Angeles, where I managed multiple accounts, created daily performance reports, developed content strategies, and implemented marketing efforts that helped improve engagement and drive sales. I genuinely enjoy combining creativity with strategy to help businesses grow.

Outside of administrative work, I also have experience in graphic design, video editing, web design, content creation, and project coordination. During the pandemic, I started my own freelance graphic design business while running a small food business, which taught me how to be resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

One thing that sets me apart is my willingness to learn. I'm quick to adapt to new tools and systems, enjoy solving problems, and always look for ways to make processes more efficient. Whether it's handling the day-to-day operations, creating content, or supporting a growing team, I take pride in delivering work that's reliable, organized, and done with care.
