• Managing the preparation of bills and invoices for multiple pharmacy clients using Dext and Hubdoc, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Performs bookkeeping functions in Xero for multiple clients. • Prepares monthly and quarterly IAS/BAS submissions, enhancing reporting efficiency. • Executing fortnightly payroll for various clients, improving payroll accuracy and operational efficiency. • Preparing month-end journal entries for balance sheet reconciliation, contributing to financial integrity. • Extracting reports using Minfos and Fred system.
