Profile Description

In my previous job, I used to handle SMS account, which answers questions anything and everything under the sun. The questions were from United Kingdom, Ireland, United States of America and Canada. Internet is our primary source of information to answer the questions requested by the customers. I have good researching skills which made it easier for me to answer questions at a short given time. I also have knowledge in the differences between the UK and US spelling, terms used, and a little bit of their culture. I am knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel. I also have a blog where I can freely write all my thoughts. With my typing and proofreading skills, I think that I have the ability to the job well.
I would like to have a very stable job and join a company where I can share my abilities and expertise.
