Additionally, I have experience working as a sales representative for a US-based energy supplier. Throughout these roles, I have gained extensive experience responding to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, and email.

In addition to my customer service and sales experience, I am also a trained appointment setter with previous experience working for a US-based consulting agency.
