I learned the importance of providing a great customer experience, especially in sales since it's the mainstream of the business for profit and income. By handling the customers sincerely with an effort to understand their needs and why they're happy or not with the product/service you offer. In that way, we can generate ideas on how to improve our product/service to gain their trust and reliability.

I was able to learn great things about accounting in the banking process since I was a Disbursement staff before. I became an expert in preparing Bills/Invoices to pay through vendors' respective bank accounts or whichever they want to be paid in a timely manner.

I was able to learn the process of Reconciliation as it needs to be processed after the accounting process to monitor the cash flow of an entity to make it generate profit by all means.
