My name is Kristal Gayle Fuentes, and I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science. Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set in administration, sales, customer support, and virtual assistance, allowing me to adapt quickly to different industries and work environments.
My professional journey began in 2013 when I worked as a part-time Encoder/Office Staff at Brigada Group of Companies during my semestral break. This role gave me a strong foundation in office administration, where I learned the importance of effective communication, punctuality, meeting deadlines, and working independently with minimal supervision. I also gained proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and developed problem-solving skills by handling technical issues on my own. When my classes resumed, I resigned to continue my studies.
In 2019, after completing one of my degrees, I joined SWC, a Korean-run company, as a Medical Sales Representative. Working in sales helped me strengthen my time management, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance skills. I also improved my communication, phone etiquette, responsiveness, and ability to think creatively while working under pressure. The experience taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset while consistently meeting targets and building strong client relationships.
As a Virtual Assistant, I have expanded my expertise beyond administrative support. I have experience managing calendars,
I also have experience with basic graphic design, including creating logos, social media templates, and marketing materials that align with a brand's identity.
