Profile Description

I work at the intersection of project management, creator support, and visual storytelling, three areas that, in my experience, are far more connected than people assume. Good content needs structure behind it, and good operations need an eye for what actually resonates with an audience. That overlap is where I've spent most of my career.

Over the past several years I've managed project workflows and supported executive operations for digital teams, coordinating content production, schedules, and cross-functional communication so that deadlines get hit without anyone scrambling. I've also worked closely with creators ,training, moderating, and managing across platforms, which taught me a lot about pacing, platform guidelines, and what it actually takes to keep a creator's output consistent and on-brand.

Alongside that, I've built up hands-on experience in customer support and escalation handling, vendor coordination and negotiation, and general operations work spanning email, scheduling, research, and event support. It's a mix that's made me comfortable moving between people-facing problem-solving and behind-the-scenes process work.

On the creative side, I design in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, and edit video in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut. I enjoy that part of the work because it's where strategy becomes something people actually see and respond to.

What ties all of this together is a habit of paying attention, to details, to people, to what a project actually needs versus what it says on paper. I'm currently open to roles in project management, executive support, or creative operations, and always glad to connect with people doing interesting work in those spaces.

Top Skills

Experience: 1 - 2 years

I've worked across content production, creator management, and social media, so I understand both the operational side of a project and the creative side of what's being built. I'm comfortable working closely with teams, supporting executives, and jumping between strategy and execution when needed. Outside of project management, I do graphic design and video editing, which comes in handy when working with creative and content-driven teams. I care a lot about clear communication, staying organized under pressure, and making sure the people I work with feel supported throughout a project, not just at the finish line.

Experience: 2 - 5 years

I handle the full range of EA work: managing schedules, coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, following up on deliverables, and acting as a reliable point of contact between teams. I'm used to fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and attention to detail isn't optional.

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Over the years, I've worked with different types of clients and teams, which has made me comfortable switching between tasks quickly without losing focus or quality. I've handled customer support, content coordination, social media management, data organization, and executive-level assistance, sometimes all within the same role.
