Profile Description

I am a Licensed Mechanical Engineer focused on CMMS, asset management, and maintenance planning and scheduling.

Over the past decade I have built and run maintenance systems across maritime fleets, heavy industry, and government assets, and my work keeps coming back to the same core: clean CMMS, well-structured assets, and planning and scheduling that holds up in the field. As Maintenance Manager at Ocean Logistics in Vanuatu, I built the CMMS and planned maintenance framework for a fleet of 15 vessels and 6 shoreside heavy equipment units from the ground up, and I lead CMMS implementation for Australian Defence affiliated vessels across Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea.

CMMS is where I am strongest. I came up as a plant CMMS champion on IBM Maximo and now also work daily in MEX, building asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance records, job plans, and schedules, then training crews and auditing the data so the system stays trusted.

My planning and scheduling foundation goes back to my years as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler in cement, covering preventive and shutdown planning, maintenance forecasting, and spare parts balanced against budget.

What I care about most is getting the foundation right, so asset data stays reliable and planned maintenance reflects real conditions on site. I am always open to connecting with people working in CMMS, asset management, and maintenance planning across the Pacific and beyond.
