I was once a customer service representative we communicate with our customers and attend to their needs. I try to sell out things important for them for what is being offered and
helped them fixed
their problem. I want to make sure that the customer meets their satisfaction with the service that i have given. Next job i had, i was hired to be a project manager/supervisor. In this kind of field, we call customers and do some surveys. We must be efficient enough with time management and be patient in dealing with people. We have to make decision planning as to meet our team standards and of course expect for more advancement. I encourage my agents to be on a survey and be polite in giving out our spiels so as not to bias the survey. I can work well and will do to best of my abilities and capacities.
