Performance & Core Web Vitals

If your store's slow and you don't know why — failing LCP, INP, or TBT, weak CrUX field data, and probably a conversion rate that's paying for it — I diagnose it on the real production store with Lighthouse and PageSpeed, including untangling jQuery-heavy legacy themes that drag everything down.
Headless (when it's actually warranted)

Hydrogen (React Router 7, Oxygen) or Next.js/React when the project calls for it. I'll also tell you straight when a custom theme is the better call — because it usually is, and I'd rather save you the budget than oversell you architecture you don't need.
