For almost 4 years, I've worked as a Video Editor for firms like Ma2ke It Happen Online and Nana Digital Company in the digital marketing industry. With a mix of SEO, I developed, edited, and integrated videos for Ma2ke TV's Youtube channel, which is doing well.

I was in charge of quality analyst performance and held regular calibrations to ensure consistency in policy and procedure interpretation and to explore ways to improve customer experiences.
