I have worked as a customer service specialist in a financial institution based in the US. I started as a customer service rep under the consumer and community banking line of business then got promoted as a senior account specialist under Consumer online tech support who assists account holders with their concerns regarding online and mobile banking. After a year I got promoted again to my recent position as an Advanced Technical support now assisting merchants and business owners who has issues with their online pos systems, i help them when they get errors or declines and also guides them with a step by step process of troubleshooting and navigation.
