Familiar with PMS (Property Management Software) such as IGMS, Cloudbeds, Tokeet, Roomkey, OwnerRez, and similar platforms, with the ability to efficiently manage reservations, sync calendars, process payments, and monitor property performance across multiple channels. Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, email platforms, and online booking sites, ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and organized data management. Skilled at keeping systems updated and using these tools to support day-to-day property operations as well as long-term business goals.
