• Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy with a focus on architectural design and trends.
- Curate and create visually compelling content to showcase the business' projects, design philosophy, and industry expertise.
• Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Canva to increase brand visibility.
- Implement best practices for each platform, tailoring content to engage diverse audiences.
• Community Engagement:
- Foster community engagement by actively participating in discussions, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
Build relationships with influencers, architects, and design enthusiasts to expand the social media network.
• Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, launches, and special projects.
- Utilize paid advertising on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and images to improve on-page SEO elements.
Implement best practices for URL structure, header tags, and internal linking.
• Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports to showcase the impact of social media efforts on brand awareness and audience growth.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
• Project Management:
- Utilize ASANA, TRELLO, and NOTION for efficient project planning, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
•Design and Multimedia Editing:
- Create visually appealing architectural concepts using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
- Enhance graphics and multimedia using Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, and Filmora to showcase design ideas effectively.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering:
- Employ AutoCAD, SKETCHUP, VRAY, LUMION, and ENSCAPE for precise 3D modeling and rendering of architectural designs.
- Produce high-quality visualizations that convey design intent and facilitate client understanding.
• Building Information Modeling (BIM):
- Proficiently use REVIT for BIM, enhancing collaboration and streamlining the design-to-construction process.
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
