I help founders and growing businesses simplify operations, build smart systems, and scale without burning out.

Im known for my work as an Amazon Brand Manager, but over the years, my role naturally evolved into something bigger. What started as task support turned into ownership of workflows, decisions, and systems that keep a business running smoothly.

I entered the virtual space in 2022 as a general VA, saying yes to whatever needed to be done and learning as I went. That adaptability led me into an Operations Manager role, where I handled newsletters, Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy stores, fulfillment, supplier coordination, launches, team support, and internal processes.

Working across all these areas taught me one thing. Growth breaks systems before it breaks people.

Amazon is where I sharpened my ability to see the whole picture.

As an Amazon Brand Manager, I learned how pricing, listings, ads, inventory, and customer experience are deeply connected. It trained me to think in systems, not silos, and to make decisions based on data, not guesswork.

That mindset naturally led me into automation.

Today, I'm growing in identifying manual, repetitive processes and turning them into efficient workflows using tools like CRMs, automations, dashboards, and SOP-driven systems. The goal is simple. Reduce friction, save time, and allow founders to focus on what actually moves the business forward.

Youll still find me solving Amazon struggles but youll also find me building workflows, documenting processes, and designing systems that scale beyond one platform now.
