I troubleshoot the internet connection and guide customers through complex modem setups and device configurations. I also inform customers of current promotions, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities.

I handled the sales/technical account (Comcast). We fixed internet issues and offered mobile phones at the same time. We also offer internet upgrades to our customers. I lead, manage, and mentor a team of salespeople, and I set clear performance goals and help the team meet or exceed sales targets.

I know some basic things to know about Excel include: Pivot tables: A tool for organizing and reordering data into more manageable sets. Functions: Predefined formulas that can save time by eliminating the need to manually enter formulas. For example, the SUM function adds up values in a range of cells. Conditional formatting: A feature that highlights patterns in a spreadsheet. AVERAGE: A basic arithmetic function that calculates the average of a set of numbers. IF: A logical formula that returns one of two results based on whether a condition is met. SUM: A basic formula that adds up two or more values. CONCATENATE: A formula that combines data from multiple cells, such as text, numbers, and dates. Sorting: A feature that allows you to order data in different ways, such as numerically, alphabetically, or chronologically
