Profile Description

I am a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics graduate with more than 16 years of leadership, operations, training, recruitment, and business development experience in the BPO industry, and almost 2 years of experience in the healthcare sales sector.
I began my career as a Technical Consultant supporting computer security software concerns. After demonstrating strong technical and communication skills, I was promoted to Trainer, where I spent more than eight years developing and delivering learning programs focused on Customer Service, Technical Support, and Sales.
As my career progressed, I transitioned into Recruitment and Talent Acquisition through the College Connect team, building partnerships with colleges and educational institutions to attract and develop future talent.
Seeking broader leadership opportunities, I joined another BPO company where I served as an Operations Manager for a UK-based lead generation account. I later managed the launch and operations of a US healthcare account focused on patient appointment setting.
As the organization expanded, I assumed additional leadership responsibilities as Site Manager, overseeing facilities, supporting HR and recruitment initiatives, and leading the Learning and Development Department. Together with my team, we designed, implemented, and continuously improved training and development programs that supported organizational growth and employee success.
In addition to my professional experience, I have been assisting in the financial administration of a family-owned property rental business for more than seven years. My responsibilities include maintaining financial records, tracking rental income and operating expenses, managing bookkeeping through Google Sheets, and processing tax filings and payments to ensure compliance and timely submission.
Nearly two years ago, I made a purposeful career transition into healthcare sales as a Sales Development Officer for a company specializing in dialysis machines, equipment, water treatment systems, and dialysis consumables.
This move was motivated not only by professional growth but also by a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization that positively impacts patients, communities, and charitable initiatives. The company actively supports educational programs, community outreach efforts, and organizations that help improve the lives of others.
My current role has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of sales, business development, healthcare operations, and long-term business sustainability. Working closely with company leadership has given me valuable exposure to strategic planning, customer relationship management, project development, and the challenges of maintaining and growing a specialized healthcare business.
Today, I bring a unique combination of operational leadership, people development, recruitment, financial administration, and sales experience. I am passionate about helping organizations grow, developing people, building sustainable systems, and creating a positive impact through meaningful work.
