I've been a customer service associate for almost two years for eTelecare Global Solutions. I've had a good customer service which made me promoted to CSA III (The highest position for CSA level in my program). I have a good English communication skills, specially in verbal communication. I know MS Word & MS Excell pretty well.
With my current job, i have developed skills on how to generate leads, cold callings, on-line product presentation & keyword searching. I have learned those things with less supervision. i want a part-time job where I can enhance these skills that I have and develop more that could help my future employer.
