My name is ---------- ---------- ---------- . I am a mom of two teenagers.  I am a lifelong learner because I think that knowledge never ends. I enjoy learning new things and expanding my skill set to become a better version of myself.
In my spare time, I like traveling with my family. I also like watching movies like crime and documentaries. I also like going fishing with my husband or going shopping with my daughter. My way of living is centered on productivity and balance. When I'm at work, I focus on hours with my tasks, and when I'm not, I make time for relaxation and self-care.
For my work experience, I was a previous Team Lead in the BPO industry for 2 years before I resigned. I was also a Customer Care Representative in a Financial Account, and have also been a back office agent working on chat and email communications with the customer. Overall, I have 12 years of experience in the world of customer service.

With that being said, my work style is more focused on efficiency, reliability, and adaptability. My approach to each of my tasks is with meticulous attention and commitment to excellence.
