Profile Description

I had a 5 years experienced in a call center job both customer service and telemarketing. I have a broad knowledge of customer service principles and practices.I can do both voice and non-voice work.I can do clerical jobs and data entry type of work. I can process orders, forms, applications and requests.I can also perform customer verification, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
I worked as part time Real Estate
Sales Associate which advertized Newly build subdivision and Townhouses within Cavite. I've been with Property Company of Friends Inc since June 2010 under
DA-BOSS Group. I currently do virtual tours and picture posting on facebook. I handled phone inquiries and email responds for prospect buyers and schedule free tripping to do actual visit of the model house.
